Introducing Executive Chef Ken Migneault
Chef Ken Migneault has honed his culinary expertise over 30 years, starting as a dishwasher in Sandford, Maine and working his way to an Executive Chef position at some very prestigious establishments. Some you may recognize, Red Mountain Spa, The Ledges Golf Club, and Dixie Convention Center. In each role, Chef Ken was pivotal in developing elevated culinary programs and menus. His journey most recently brought him to the luxury Compass Community Living Hospitality Group and The Montereau in Tulsa, OK. We are thrilled to be bringing Chef Ken back home to Southern Utah!
When Chef Ken is not in the kitchen he enjoys exploring new places, spending time with his family and hosting delicious family cook outs. In 2013 he completed the Saint George Half Ironman. His love of the outdoors also led him to volunteer for Zion National Park and Kane County Search and Rescue. “This was a great experience. I loved the opportunity to serve my community and to help others. I learned a great deal about teamwork, leadership, and myself.” says Ken.

Pickleball with Entrada
Snow Canyon Retirement Community had the opportunity to sponsor another great Pickleball Event. This time with our wonderful neighbors at Entrada.
We had approximately 70 participants come out to play and support this event. Athletes competed for prizes and every participant enjoyed a Snow Canyon Retirement Community gift bag, including our all-time favorite, Digby’s Market popcorn.
Thanks to everyone who came out and for the Entrada events team for helping coordinate such a great event. We look forward to many more!
Future Resident Lunch and Tour
