April Newsletter: Welcome to Retirement Elevated in Southern Utah
Welcome to our Snow Canyon Retirement Community Newsletter! We are thrilled to share important updates and timelines with you.
We at Snow Canyon Retirement Community are big believers in supporting our local community and have many partnerships on the horizon. Some of those include on-site learning opportunities with Utah Tech’s Institute of Continued Learning and model furniture designed and styled by Boulevard Home Furnishings.
Construction is progressing nicely. Our community of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care suites are on schedule with our target opening Fall of 2024. We will have model units to share with you this April and our first model for the private homes will be ready to wow you this summer!
We would like to welcome our newest Snow Canyon Retirement Community team member, Hector Torres. Hector is our Sales and Marketing Director. He is ready to tour the property with you, host you and your friends for a lunch & learn, and to answer all of your questions! See his contact information below to schedule a tour.
Snow Canyon Retirement Community is ready to welcome you! Come visit us today and discover retirement elevated.

Beginning mid-April, follow the signs to our offices located within one of our limited Villa Models.
Keep an eye on us later this month too, when we will have fully furnished models to show you! Courtesy of our partnership with Boulevard Home Furnishings, which includes preferred package pricing for our residents!

Community Engagement
Lunch and Learn with The Agency
Snow Canyon Retirement Community hosted The Agency Real Estate Team for lunch, and provided materials for the upcoming opening of their Elevated Retirement Community in Santa Clara, UT.
“We are most excited to welcome Snow Canyon Retirement Community and know it is an elevated addition to our area and will help support and serve some of our older adult clients in their aging process” said Kathryn Thompson, Agent Experience Manager at The Agency.
Many residents of the area have already deposited or expressed interest in the community whether for the Private Homesites, Independent Living and Villa Rentals, Assisted Living or Memory Care Apartments. Snow Canyon’s ‘boutique’ community is only available to a few select residents and is filling quickly.
“We look forward to providing our residents the highest level of staffing, services and amenities to exceed their expectations,” said Colton Balmforth, Executive Director for Snow Canyon Retirement Community. “Between our highest level of service and the picturesque setting, we are quickly becoming the most talked about retirement community in all of Southern Utah-and beyond! As of this writing we already have resident deposits from CA, OR, UT and AZ”.
Snow Canyon Retirement Community is a part of the Gold Stream Retirement portfolio of communities currently located in UT and AZ. Founded in 2011, The Agency is a Global Real Estate firm with 110+ offices in 12+ Countries.
